Abstract submission

Once you have registered to the meeting, you are invited to :

1) SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT (click in, Deadline : 27th April)

You can alternately submit/manage your abstract directly from Your Space by clicking on My Submissions. The number of abstracts per participant is not limited.

2) PAY THE REGISTRATION FEES (click in, Deadline : 6th June)

To keep things as simple as possible, we use an external payment platform operated by CNRS. This proposes 3 types of registration fees, needed to definitely validate your registration :

• 125€ : minimal fees concern remote participants or in person attendees not willing to attend the social event and gala dinner.
• 200€ : standard fees (including meals, social event and gala dinner)
• We opened the possibility for accompanying persons to join for the social event and gala dinner.

It will not be possible to pay for the fees on site. We kindly beg you to match the nominal deadline to do so.
