Abstract submission

Once you have registered to the meeting, you are invited to :

1) SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT (click in, Deadline : 15th April)

You can alternately submit/manage your abstract directly from Your Space by clicking on My Submissions. The number of abstracts per participant is not limited.

2) PAY THE REGISTRATION FEES (click in, Deadline : 15th April)

To keep things as simple as possible, we use an external payment platform operated by CNRS. This proposes 3 types of registration fees, needed to definitely validate your registration :

• 125€ : minimal fees concern in person and remote participants. The option of remote participation needs to be checked in due course, please ask confirmation before be sending an email to prex@sciencesconf.org
• 200€ : standard fees (including meals, social event and gala dinner)
• We opened the possibility for accompanying persons to join for the social event and gala dinner.

It will not be possible to pay for fees on site. We kindly beg you to match the nominal deadline to do so.
